Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an active account on baji8, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on baji8.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or associate of baji8 or any of its partner companies.

baji8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documentation such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on baji8. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent account ban. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy, baji8 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. This includes — but is not limited to — a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. KYC is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji8 username and password. You must never share your login credentials with any other person. baji8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your login details. Deposits & Withdrawals

baji8 supports a range of convenient payment methods tailored specifically for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are processed securely and in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include:

• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi institutions.

All withdrawals are subject to a mandatory identity verification check. baji8 reserves the right to request documentation confirming that the payment method used for deposit is registered in the same name as the baji8 account holder. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

baji8 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, national holidays such as Eid or Pohela Boishakh, or in cases where additional verification is required. baji8 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking partners.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by baji8 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 98% may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting the wagering requirement. Bonus Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of any active bonus balance, as well as any winnings derived from that bonus:

• Claiming the same bonus more than once, whether through a single account or via multiple accounts.
• Using bonus funds to hedge bets or to cover opposing sides of the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Withdrawing bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Gameplay Rules & Responsibilities

You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of chance and that past performance is not indicative of future results. baji8 does not guarantee any specific outcome on any game or sporting event.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all bets placed are intentional and correctly submitted. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed unless there is a demonstrable technical error on the part of baji8. Disputed results must be raised with customer support within 48 hours of the relevant game session ending.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

All cricket betting markets on baji8 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches will be voided and stakes returned, unless at least 20 overs per innings have been completed in the case of a limited-overs match. Live in-play bets are final once confirmed by the system regardless of any subsequent official correction, except in cases of manifest technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji8 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate the platform.
• Collusion with other players to guarantee profits or unfairly influence game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or table game variants.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at baji8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

baji8 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant authorities when required by law. Any funds identified as the proceeds of prohibited conduct are subject to immediate freeze and forfeiture without prior notice.

We collect, store, and process personal information solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving platform services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji8 and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to losses from wagering, technical interruptions, data loss, or errors in game software. baji8 provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In any event, baji8's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player to their baji8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Amendments to These Terms

baji8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notification on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and to remain aware of any modifications.

Your continued use of baji8 following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
